What we provide
We provided comprehensive inspection, survey, and evaluation services for subsea equipment and associated systems. Scope of work included high-pressure piping systems, high-pressure hydraulic systems, circulating water and cooling water systems, and integrated control systems.
Our services also included performance analysis and third-party witnessing for high-pressure pump motors, electrical distribution systems, central plant equipment, and control systems. This encompassed verification and testing of high- and low-pressure safety cutout switches, internal and thermal overload protection devices, high- and low-pressure pumps, fan motors, low-flow alarm systems, and associated protective controls. We conducted and witnessed formal testing protocols including Field Integration Testing (FIT) and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for well-control equipment.
Testing and verification activities covered hydraulic and functional testing of hazardous-area equipment, including ROV panels, conduit valve modules, acoustic valve panels, acoustic mini-pods, autoshear valve modules, valve sequencing modules, and other stack-mounted panels. Additional scope included topside Blowout Preventer (BOP) equipment, Hydraulic Power Units (HPUs), Diverter Control Units (DCUs), Fluid Mixing Units (FMUs), Hotline Boost Units (HBUs), accumulator racks, and associated support systems. Responsibilities included testing and verification of BOP test pumps to ensure full compliance with applicable safety, operational, and performance standards.
In addition, we provide complete commissioning services for commercial HVAC systems, comprehensive operational performance evaluations, and thorough inspection and testing of commercial HVAC equipment to verify proper installation, operation, and code compliance.
